As part of my three-year plan, this week I’ll make contact with a number of brokers to see how my funding situation looks. Its time to pick a suitable property and start that buying spree.
I’ve been contracting for about four months now so a few more months and I’ll have enough history to satisfy most lenders. Now its about going through my deal makers and spotting a few gem properties to start the ball rolling. A few negotiations and form-filling later and that 1st January 2015 target will get a little bit closer to reality!
